I bought this Airconditioner since I was with my budget conscious wife. Went for it and now struggling to get some one to service it on time which is important. I had called their excellent toll-free on Thursday and they sweetly and promptly took my complaint and promised me to send someone within 48hrs.
No one turned up so I called them the next day as it is hot in Chennai and have a family who is come from abroad for treatment and the lady picked up and said I will try to send someone before this evening but she was clear in saying "she can only try".
No one came again so I tried calling them on Saturday but they were closed I feel on Saturday as no on attended my call. So went 48+48 hrs with no one in sight. Please think before you buy as prompt after service is the winner and dont go for pricing if its few thousands less. It not only might cost u more but it definitely costs more pain and agony in this Chennai heat.
