I was really excited about this bank's credit card my father told me they trust the service.
But as I got the card I got a lot of offers along with the card. Still I used it just once. But as soon as I stated getting bills for it, I was shocked. They had put upon silly charges which were not meant to be there as I hadn't used the card enough to get those charges.
Got those unknown charges for two months straight. Called the customer care but they never had any idea about anything related to those charges. I shall call it a bad customer service.
Guys I'm really disappointed because I had to pay you guys for more than I had used my card. I felt cheated.
