3gb ram gives u maximum speed bcz they use snapdragon800 processer.And 3200 mah battery give 24hr talk time and 420 hr standby in 3g its very great.No other manufacturer not give this specifications.Design is average not betterthan iphone .Samsung Grand Note 3 has no heating and hanging problms .so all friends buy this mobile.nice price available in eBay amazone and all
