Basically I'm not a big fan for Samsung, keeping my previous experience with this brand. But somehow, may be bcoz of its premium design, fingerprint sensor, sleek design, metal finish body, I decided to buy this one for my dad. After using it for almost 3 months I really liked this phone. No lags, good battery backup, descent camera, smooth performance, and even the fingerprint sensor works great.
Cons:
But the only worry is about the rear camera which is not upto the mark while taking daylight, sharp and crisp photos. Moto g3(11, 000) camera performs better than the J5 Prime. But in low light I think it really performs more than expected. And even sometimes the WiFi doesnt connect regularly. It just shows the USID(WiFi name) and doesnt connect.
Another pillar for this phone is its inbuilt features like battery saver modes(level 1, 2 and 3), Folder and Apps security etc which are really helpful. No need to install any 3rd party apps.
Overall looks, design, performance, battery is great.(Remember, camera could have been better)
Hence, its a 4 star for Samsung J5 Prime.
