Sorry to write bad review about the Samsung Bio sleep air conditioner, starting when I brought this AC to home its working good and the room temperature is also very cool after swicthing on the AC, but later on as the days passed the condition of the AC is very poor, the room is not cooling good, when I called to the customer care he responsed to my call and came to my home to the solve the AC, but after repairing also the AC condition is very poor, we got frustrated and sold the AC in the second hand . I am requesting u all guys to not prefor this AC.
