I purchased a Discover 125ST from them in March 2013. Purchase process was smooth and I was able to choose a bike from the yard and also managed to negotiate a discount.
I have owned a Bajaj bikes before and still have them. First service was just a wash and oil change and it was completed quickly by a senior mechanic. I generally don't believe in these service stations and prefer to get my vehicles serviced by my trusted mechanics.
Since the first service was ok, I though of doing the 2nd service with them too. Big Mistake.
It was my first appointment of the day, at 9am. Reached there at 8.50am and I am told that mine is the 8th bike! They took the bike for washing and made me wait for 3 hours. The high pressure jets removed the paint from several areas. Then they did not empty out the old engine oil completely and poured fresh oil. This meant there was excess engine oil building up pressure inside. And they did not completely tighten the oil filler lid! This is something absolutely basic. As a result, a brand new bike with 5000 on the odo has oil stains all around the engine.
When called for an explanation, no resolution was offered except they wanted me to bring the bike for inspection. They refused to accept their mistakes and I had to remind them that the bike is still under warranty and I can escalate this issue, if I need to.
I have captured photos of the bike and also recorded the conversation on my cellphone. In summary, feel free to purchase from them, but don't go back expecting them to service.
