I was admitted at Blk super speciality hospital at 4 a.m on 25th of may 2017 in an emergency condition.
I filed for the reimbursement for that I sent all the required documents to Religare. But they rejected my claim by citing - INVESTIGATION AND EVALUATION NOT COVERED AND VITALS NORMAL
They said that I could have been admitted in the OPD and that the admission was not required at all. I don't know if they are aware that OPD opens at 8 A.M and I was admitted at 4 a.m in an emergency condition and to wait for 4 hours doesn't make sense. The doctors even say that the admission was required and I sent a letter to the rally Gear on a letterhead signed by a doctor saying that the admission was necessary.
I contacted the concerned people in Religareand in Grievance cell but my claim was not resolved and it was rejected.
