I've been a reliance gsm user for a very long time but frankly speaking it never amused me and I hated being one of their customers. The most annoying thing that I faced over these years and that I still face is they unnecessarily bill you for some random service you never activated. This is very common problem with all the reliance users. They charge you for some random service and you have to file a complaint everytime your balance goes missing which is another very annoying thing about reliance as they have a very poor customer service. The operator offers pretty fair plans and network but deducts your balance every now and then for no apparent reason at all. I would never suggest anyone to use reliance because it will cost you unnecessary bucks and also will frustrate you to extreme limits
