Hello friend I am back with my review to share my experience on jio phone. The reasons for the negative feedback on the phone is due to reasons.
Firstly the problem for the device is its working OS, it works on KaiOS which is not a good secured OS, also it led WhatsApp messenger to work abruptly some time. This hangs up the mobile due to its RAM.( 512mb) .
Secondly the issue is that it is not providing a good network, when we call someone it sometime says that , Kindly Check the Number again and sometimes that all lines are busy , ir happened with me 8 times in past month. It is not a big issue but in severe cases it can led to big problem, whereas the internet speed is very good, we are having jio 4g tower 1km away from my home, so the speed which it coonects is very good, whereas its display size is very small and hence we cant enjoy movies and games freely.
The customer service is very bad, as we ordered the phone 3 months ago and its came my home in past month, whenever company was asked for the tracking of device they say, due to bulk orders we are not able to track your device.
The billing and charges of jio network is very good, it provide 1gb free data daily on recharge of ₹409 for 84days which is very good as compared to other network operators.
