In a year jio is hammering other operators with its tariff rates which is negligible that of other operators are charging.
I am currently enjoying summer suprise offer and I am quite happy with it.
I terms of signal quality jio coverage is almost everywhere.
The only drawback is that during some part of a day download and upload speed reduces drasticially.
Call quality is also good when calling from jio to jio. In case of jio to others specailly when calling to airtel it becomes very difficult to connect calls.
Customer care is useless in jio. I have complained earlier for internet speed issue and no steps have been taken by them.
