The net of jio is good at 2.8 mbps speed near the tower but places like siolim etc dont get a single point of range than what will the people do in this areas.
Customer service was good in the starting but now they dont attend our calls if we have any doughts or difficulties.
Till now jio has not charged a single user.that was the thing I liked about jio. Now they will charge for the services and their plans are also money efficient.
