Sub: Dissatisfaction about the speed on Internet
By this letter I want to bring to your notice that I purchased reliance data card since 5 months. While selling the card it was promised to me that the speed would be approx 3.1 Mbps. However, since the inception till date the speed is hardly around 100 kbs.
I am not happy with services and the same has been communicated by me to Reliance several times but all in vain.
I would request you to take action against them for duping the customer.
Can you let me know what action can be taken against the company for duping the customer.
Also when I asked them that I wish to surrender my datacard and refund me the money for the data card worth Rs. 2000/-
They have denied me. Though till date I have been paying them
Rs. 825/- every month.
