The most horrible experience of my life. Firstly they changed the bus sleeper to seater without any proper intimation, secondly they forcefully drop passengers to different location far away from the actual destination that too without any intimation, thus putting passenger's security, timing and health at stake, thirdly they do not provide any damages for the breach caused due to their negligence. To add to it, filthy blankets (not even provided most of the time), non functional AC, misbehaviour and harassment to the passengers and last moment sudden cancellation of bus all are the part of the wonderful service provided by the operator.
