Redbus is a good website for traveling purpose but there are four main reasons for not liking this website
1.The offers given by it is not so attractive and more over the main disadvantage of it is it offers Post offers that is it give cash back after the journey and which make no use of the cashback
2.when even I reserve a seat for months before I don't know what happens I never get the seat I reserve I always get the seat changed just before the journey
3.The time taking to load this website is very long and there is a huge problem in having the transaction I usually got automatically cancelled four time but finally got it reserved
4.There is some sort of lucky draw type which usually never worked and this is seriously waste of time for the users using this I have tried more than n times but it never worked with me properly
and ever the customer service is not up to the mark so I ignore Redbus
