Hi , I purchased washing machine from uicker last year, and it was from a dealer in delhi. We spoke and he send us somepics and then we decided to buy by giving him 5000/- before that he daid he will be giving you a guaranty of one year that we can change motor and body if there is any damage.
when ut reached my home the same day. after looking at it I complained that it is cracked. they covered the machine with polythene to cover the damage so that I could not see it.
but somehow I took that machine when he insisted he took guarantee of it that it will work properly.
but after a month it stopped working and all my money got wasted. when I talked to him he said it is our fault and not his concern now. I feel totally cheated and upset.
it was the worst service I ever had.
when I try to contact quikr they did not even answered to my problems. I dont want to give it even a single star. Quikr does not deserve any.
