I tried ProActive because I bought into the hype of it like everyone else. I used it for the first week and I did not see any noticeable results. After one night of using it as usual I woke up in the morning with an inflammed, itchy, red face. The stuff gave me a rash stretching from my cheeks all the way to under my chin and the top part of my neck. NO GOOD!!! I would give PROACTIVE a one star rating


HOWEVER,


They do have a product which does work wonders, which doesn’t kill your skin. It actually comes free with the 3 piece set, THE REFINING MASK.  

This has been my miracle in a tube, it will make acne disappear overnight no joke.

I tossed the 3 pieces and used Aveeno cleaning pads along with the refining mask and it did its job well. The only thing that was an issue was the size which was soo small so I ran out of it pretty quickly.

So I ran to the mall where they have those little Proactive stands and I asked for a tube of the refining mask which they sell seperately and in the large size! I told the lady selling it to me that I was so happy that they had it in stock (because one time i went and it was sold out), that it was the only thing in the Proactive line that worked!
