Very very shameful service from this site . First time I use this site to buy medicines . I placed my order on 20th October and after that I received a call from them after 1 hours that my prescription is approved and the order was full-filled by the vendor within 3 days .But 4 days passed to my order still their is no new from the site that when the order is processed.
Very very poor customer support from them and when I use their chat support than the chat support tram is not replying
to my queries just hang the chat for a long time . When I talk to their telephonic customer care, the team is replying only one replying that the order was full-filled by the retailer and the retailer is procuring the medicines.
After a long wait I am going to cancel my order. Its your choice that if you want to suffer, go with this site.
