I ordered few items on petsworld on 8th jan 2018. Then I started waiting for some dispatch, shipping or delivery related updates via mail or sms from their end. But by 12th of jan I didnt get any update so I mailed them but I didnt get any reply so I called on cc no. Then I got update that I will recieve it by 15th. And finally on 15th I got it. But the most important item i.e. antibacterial cream qas missing. So again I mailed them but I didnt get any reply from them. Besides that other items like dog nail clipper, chew sticks, biscuits are there and good in quality. But all together my experience was that good. Delay in Delivery and all is still ok but Missing product is not acceptable.
