Location: Petsmart Hotel located on 86th street in Indianapolis Indiana.
We dropped my dog off for 2 and a half days and when we got him back his paw was spranged, he had a raw area in between his toes on his other paw and a raw red patch on his back. The employees even checked him with us for injuries he might have had before we dropped him off and he hadn't had a scratch. My dog is now very hand shy and scared of everything, and he continues to shake and limp while walking.
The hospital we went to said that they've had 3 complaints RECENTLY with dogs with similar injuries.
These people don't know what they're doing, so PLEASE DON'T BRING YOUR DOG HERE.
Never drop your pet off anywhere that isn't owned by animal activists. Please, I don't want this to happen to anybody else. Ever.
