I tried to book from ebay.in through my Payback points. The order was booked and they gave me a delivery date. But a day after, the order got automatically cancelled due to some unknown reasons.
Ebay.in said that the payback points will be reverted back. Even after a week the order got cancelled, I did not get my Payback points. I tried to call ebay and they said that they have already credit the amount to payback.in.
I called the payback customer care and they said that due to some technical problems the points was not credited and it will be credited in the next 7 working days.After 2 months I still haven't got back the Payback points. Everytime I call then they ask me to wait.
I have no hope that they will revert back the points.
