A guy of oyo company whose name is Prashant he is not having know how to deal with customers and whenever I tell him that I want to talk with your senior then he said he is not available . He is not guided the customer and not helping the customer in any way this guy is not good . My experience with oyo is soooo bad I will not use oyo again in my life and ask to my near and dear relatives and friends to not use this app because the oyo team is not helping with customer this app is worst
