Ha ha ha ha. Everytime I book a Ola Cab I get the text message with beginning say Ola to your cab driver. Ola means'Hello' and I like to say Ola to my cab driver everytime I book it. The cab service is best among very other service provider because of the affordable rates.

The GPS system used in every cab and the tracking mechanism of your cab remotely by you or your family adds safety into it. Ola Cab app is a good piece and you would get so many features inside from cab booking to online payment. No hassle of carrying money or change. you may directly pay it from your virtual wallet. The pricing is ok if compared to other operators.

Advantage: Most of the time you'll manage to get a cab at the comfort of your home, office or market anywhere. You can easily track any of the cabs located near to you and most importantly the driver can not bluff you because you would see his exact location.

Disadvantage:  The only new thing which is required to get changed is the wait time charges or ride time charges. Rs.1/- or Rs.2/-(as per city) for ride time charges is too much and people don't like it.

But you may call it their business strategy by which they have lower they fare charges but have derived new way of inflating bills.
