I had gone with my friend to the delivery of nissan sunny at showroom in trivandrum. I was very much upset by the way sales guy treated my friend .( I get more respect at KFC whn I go to delivery countrer for 200 rs chicken) . he booked the car on feb whn there was an offer of 5000 rs accessories . as it was last week of feb, sales man at that time told that "wait till march if there is any good offer in march he will give march offer or else feb offer". then the loan process got delayed and he eventualy got papers cleared in march this week. march mei no offer. now the sales man says no more offer."0 rupess accesseries" . I felt it was cheating. fine technically he can say he is right .so I also felt sorry for my friend. still I feel moraly it was cheating . the rudeness with he said "0 rupee accessories ". I felt tht we were beggers.after paying them 8 lakh. hehe. MARIKAR MOTORS NISSAN . thank you for making us feel like begers. may be its was the offer . great feeeling.
next . it was where the sales guy made me laugh.
there was a dent on the bonnet at the front .it was clear. and evident . even for me who is seeing the car so close first time. I SHOWED IT TO the sales guy( took pics and video for proof). he saw it . acted as if thre was nothing and said. " SIR ITS THE DESIGN. LOOK THESE TWO LINES COME AND AT THE FRONT THEY JOIN LIKE THIS".showing me the dent .".ITS PART OF DESIGN." then I asked then all cars have it?. he answered " YES ALL CARS HAVE IT . U CAN GO ANDvCHECK OTHER CAR". tht final word was little harsh. " U CAN GO AND check".i obliged . went and looked at other cars. just to satisfy him .even though I can very well see it was dent . came back and told him again it was a dent . when my friend also joined me. sales guy rubbed over the dent for several times before admitting . HE SHOULD BE GIVEN OSCAR .good acting. but why lying.? why cheating .? if he cant see a dent. why he is thre? .trust in a dealer and the vehicle company is lost by these silly actions of sales guys. so what I learned is. never trust a sales guy." its part of design . u can go and look at other cars".(whole conversation was in malayalam. I translated it to english)

I dnt know abt the car and its performance .there was more scrach and problems . but service guy who came to check the dent admited to clear it so I am not writing abt that . but I felt others should know what happened. with the sales . tht . I felt like a begger. felt very bad whn I was lied to tht dent was design . felt sad whn sales guy challenged me to check other cars. felt sorry for guy when I saw hum rubbing over the dent just to make me belive tht he dnt "see" any thing .whom are they cheating . me . the poor owner who paid 8 lakhs. or his own soul.so u be careful whn sales promises and whn u take delivery check carefully. .
