Netplus Broadband is a very bad broadband. It has vrry poor network. I have used it for 2 months in raipur. I was very disappointed with its speed. I purchased the speed of 4mb/s but I got less than 1 mb per second. It loses it signal very often. I was not able to watch videos on youtube. All the video I saw was with buffering. I am a movie lover, so I used to download one movie per day. But it always took more than 1 hour to download the movie. I contacted customer service also but they refused it with silly reasons.
