I will give this Tour operator negative review for their India based operations. With my recent travel to Bhutan with this operator is a disaster to and fro of Bhutan. The below are the key pain points.
Lack of communication - I have only been informed that I will not get a winger travel to Bhutan and accommodated only a non AC Sumo, while I paid 10 thousand for a winger and an AC transport. Later though they convinced the driver to run the AC in plains, we got repeated ignorance from the driver to run the AC and to take our laggage to Phuentsholing border, without any clue we are stranded in border for 30 mnts, no proper comms, while asking, there India based vendor was furious, anyway the start of the trip is ruined by it.
Trustworthiness - In my return from Bhutan, they convinced me that they will arrange a winger and drop me to the designated drop location, they gave me winger but that winger is unwilling to come to the exit gate and we have to carry our laggage to the Joygaon stand, then they say to us that they will put our laggage inside as they don't have rain cover, finally they arrange a rain cover that is a complete failure and all our laggage was soken in rain, then they drop us in 6mile which is 500 MTRS away from the drop location in rain and I have to arrange a sumo to take me to the drop point, all these I have to do by myself, travel agent and tour organizer is nowhere, picking up any call.
Their package creation team is a complete nonsense, if you try customize your itinerary, they will agree to all your request but practically those will not be possible that you learn on the ground.
Example- They put my Phuentsholing to Thimphu and Thimphu site seeing on the same day which is practically not possible and we can't manage to see all or some major points, cause of this, there is no grievance address as such in this agency, client complaints seems unheard and only feedback they want is very good otherwise they will stop comms.
My suggestion, if you have to take their Bhutan package or customized ur own, dnt go by their fansy promises and book from phunsholing and rest arrange by urself.
There Bhutan based operations is very good, at least they don't break your trust and also take care of small small things that actually make a huge impact when you are in a different country. Thanks to their Bhutan operations - Madam Dawa, our tour guide and Kenga our tour driver to make the Bhutan trip at least relaxing and enjoyable. The hotel choices in Bhutan are very good except Gawaling. Cause of this 1 rating.
If you ask I don't recommend the operator but better to book from Bhutan based operators. Simply their packages are less costly and practical. Don't be fooled by big promises.
