Avoid MTNL Broadband plans do not use there services because they are not given speed of internet to according to your plan when they said 512 kbps then speeds comes to 150 to 200 kbps I am have this problem from last 2 years and now present running from may 2015 regular complaint but no result they said from area manager office 512 kbps speed is not come regular always up down speed like 50 kbps to 250 kbps that is use less and they are regular charge there bill no refund on not working
