I've owned three Ipods. I got sick of them breaking down and having to be replaced or upgraded, So I bought a 30g black Zune and thats when the nightmare began. Microsoft has its own awful version of Itunes. Its really hard to sign up, it took almost 3 hours and I still had to call for tech support. You rent the songs. meaning as soon as you terminate your subscription. the songs are no longer available.
Its hard to load your own videos to this device. You have 30g of space for nothing. its useless.
Itunes is much easier to navigate, it easier to purchase song and the songs are yours. plus you don't have to pay month by month like with the microsoft sustitute. The might be attractive because of its price, but you pay up in time and frustation. Bottom line, not worth the hype!
