I guess I will support the previous feedback with my experience. Even I purchased a Marco Ricci shoe for 3.5 thousand and within two months sole was falling apart.
When I visited the store for repair... they have already taken 7 days to tell me whether they will replace or repair it. since last three days I am trying to get to know the status of the shoe.
It is really the worst experience and I am regretting investing so much in this brand name.
they do not have any quality checks, the representatives are very un-professional, the quality of product is not at all worth its price.
They manufacture the shoe in India and I am sure that they have heavily compromised on quality of material and the workmanship....even the sole is wearing off very fast. Very Poor quality shoes.
my suggestion : NEVER EVER BUY MARCO RICCI SHOE.
Now it is already 12 days so far there has been no reply whether they are going to repair the shoe or replace the same. When I call up the showroom they say call the company and when I call the company the concerned person are on leave everyday. There is no solution. after paying a bomb for supposedly a world class brand.... the response is so pathetic. I am surprised why the franchisee is still working. how can they afford to remain in business.
