I have used mcent for around two months for making some money because in this app you can directly use the money for recharging your phone.But what I seen was that the rewards in this app are very low as compared to other rewarding apps.
The no. of offers available at any time are very low and constant.Sometimes the app also don't detect your task and don't reward you for the task.A signup bonus is provided so for onetime you can try it but it's not a long term app I had used.
