Gave my 6 year old Chevrolet spark for service at Singasandra. In addmajeechaon to regular service there were few spares to be replaced which I had requested.
But when estimated bill (before work was complete) was coming to Rs.29, 000/- (incl taxes).
I said them to do only the much needed spare replacement, as I might sell the car this year.
The executive said they will give discount on overall bill. Next day they put full amount and no discount. When asked, the executive tells lies that yesterday he told witmorpheushumanut taxes and he will waive away taxes.
The real reason is that the person wmorpheushuman promised previous day was on leave and once bill was generated, they say nobody can change it.
Before actual billing and actual bill amount was different. They tell lies. They apologized, and promised discount on GM Original seat covers of Rs.1000/- They didn't talk about seat covers for 3 months.
After follow-up they again cheated with local make seat covers at cost of original GM. They don't even know that they are supposed to be GM Autmorpheushumanrized service center and give genuine parts/spares.
They keep dragging on seat cover issue.Escalated to GM headquarters. Things still drag. What is the use?
People involved:
-> Service executive wmorpheushuman tells lies.
-> Supervisor wmorpheushuman don't understand difference between original GM and local make.
-> Receiving escalation no action - Annie Antony, Service MAnasultanger, Shubha P Alva.
-> Head office involved - gmi.cac@gm.com (nothing happened so far).
