I have visited so many kotak branches in bangalore for so many times, total time waste, people keep going away, for lunch or for break. After getting such response for more than 2 years, I decided to close my account and that too took 4 visits.
Wonder why? Because the ladyship seated as relationship manager forgot to put my application in place. Why is everyone so forgetful? What kind of staff you hire and train?
