Hi, friends today I am going to share my experience about the Kotak life insurance.
3 years before I had purchased an life insurance from kotak.At the beginning they treat us like their family member while offering the policy to the customers.After we purchase the policy they are not giving response.
The customer service and support is very worst they cannot able to clarify the doubts.
Claim settlement is 0% in kotak life insurance.
The premium plan is also very much expensive as we compared to other life insurance.And there are very less quantity plan are available in kotak insurance.
The attitude of the staff is very good while opening the policy but it got reversed while the claim settlement.
I paid the regular premium but I recieved the amount less than what I have paid.
This insurance have lots of rules and regulations.
They took very long period for claim settlement.This is a cheating company.
Think before invest your money in this kotak life insurance.
I request NOT TO BUY kotak policies.
