I am a user of Kent Ro Grand Plus. I bought this purifier based on review and friends suggestion. I ordered from snapdeal'Kent Ro Grand Plus'. Next day they delivered my order and install it.
I am telling you genuinely that since the time I have bought this product, I have never faced any problems in its servicing and maintenance because Kent service people are very proactive in satisfying their customers. Usage and Cleaning system found good. Its with decent design.
In fact, the service provided us is also good. I am very Happy after using Kent RO.
