I did not think that a company with a reputation such as Kaff will be so lousy when it comes to service. For six weeks now I have been trying to get someone to take a look at my oven.
I have specifically asked for a Saturday service since we are unavailable M-F. Each time I have called the help number I have asked for a manager to speak with and and all who come to the phone are Managers!I I have asked for confirmation and they dont have a system such as this.
I have just emailed their corporate office with a complaint - this is my last resort.
