Many of you are using the jio money app but some of you may forget your password as I do. Then the password recovery system ask you your date of birth if you had not saved any security questions to ask. As the date of birth on your id proof is different so you cannot recover your jio money password at all. All you have to do is entering all the possible passwords you may enter. And hoping that at least one of them is correct so that you can have assess to your account. Jio must have to update this feature.
