I was using Idea since 2012 when I started using mobile. And I used to say to people that idea is best operator. But I was wrong. I had to pay 97 rupees just for 1 GB 3G internet. When Jio has launched then I thought what a rediculous operator I am using. I have to pay a lot. After coming the 4G, I was still not able to use 4G network. The look at the charges, still their charges are so high. And network is zero. Ohh what a service they provide! Their customer care executives even don't know that he is idea customer or jio customer. I had called there and asked to port my number. They told me that you are not calling from idea number. What a rediculous statement.
