I thought like their ad says an Idea can change my life.
so I started to use idea broadband and was happy at first and not interested any more.
The BEST Thing about IDEA is their CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CARE.They resolve your problems always and take care of you.
Maybe as the network companies are so many in India and they want to survive competing to them.Maybe thats why they care customers so much.
The Internet speed is NOT IMPRESSIVE AT ALL and its charging HEAVILY like other PRIVATE COMPANIES which makes an average Indian very sad.
They must provide service at low cost to attract more customers and Help in Digital India progress than only focusing on profit
