I worked in IGATE for two years, it is worst company I ever seen, old type of Bombay company, they will give promotion, management, onsite project only to Bombay employee.
other south region employees are ignored, this is happening in Oracle practices.
South region employees from Chennai, they are treating worst. this is support by top management and HR. Now capgemini purchased these company, they are saying it is
inferior company, they are not interested to give onsite project to iGATE employees.
Please think twice before joining to iGATE.
