Please consider below mentioned points before you join IGATE.

1. You must be mentally prepared to work for 14-16 hrs a day round the year.

   
   




2. You must be able to make yourself available on week-ends for projects.

   
   




3. You must be able to accommodate requests for cancellation of your scheduled leave plan.

   
   




4. You must not regret or be frustrated if you are told to work on mandatory national holidays.

   
   




5. You must be mentally prepared to work on multiple projects simultaneously(client projects & Internal projects)

   
   




6. You must be mentally prepared to face DRACONIAN  Notice Period policy(90 days mandatory notice period, no negotiation, no sick leave, no earned leave).

   
   

7.You must not be angry when you will be asked to extend your notice period even for sick leave.

1. You must not regret for what you sacrificed in projects- cancelled personal leave, cancelled mandatory leave, worked on week-ends; as no one will consider your sacrifices while being on NOTICE period.

   
   




2. You must be prepared to face humiliation during notice period - Never expect that your past good record will be of any help.

   
   




3. You must not be regret for joining IGATE when you will be treated like animal on notice period as your manager will assign all critical activity to you and others will enjoy.

   
   




4. You must not regret when you find that HR will manipulate policy to mentally torture you.

   
   




5. You must not be depressed when you find yourself'HELPLESS' on notice period as IGATE will try to exploit you as much as possible and you will try to safeguard your career.

   
   




6. You must be prepared to face the rudeness of HR and Transport department.
