     I am Sumith Sreedhar K, doing my Masters in Amity Business School, Noida. I bought a pair of iD Shoes in December last year, main reason of the purchase was the excellent design and marvelous collection you had in your Delhi office (M&B Footwear (P) Ltd., G 11-12, Abul Fazal Enclave II, Okhla, New Delhi). First of all I personally thank you for providing me the design I liked.

     Due to this, I recommended one of my friends to take a pair of shoes of the same brand itself. He bought the same on 30th July ’05. Problem started when he found cracks on the front-sides of the shoes. The cracks were too visible that, we had to go to the shop on 29th October ’05 to ask the concerned person over there to replace it or to do the needful.

     He behaved with us in such a manner that we were in his house to beg for some food. This was our first worst experience with a branded organizations sales person, which we never ever expected. When I told him that the leather quality of the shoe which I bought last December was not at all good that there were cracks on it also, he responded by saying – “the shoe has lasted long for more than 8 months, that is what you can expect from this brand”- what does this statement mean??.

Since iD Shoes are using the brand name of Lee Cooper Shoes, this will have an adverse effect on the brand name that Lee Cooper had. The quality of leather is very poor in iD-Shoes. The shoe doesnt long last for more than 6-7 months. Hence dont get lured by the design and the brand name.
