I ordered for 3 T shirts combo offer on 17 April 2013, spot payment through net banking was done.
But the shipping status still shows as 'pending' even after 5 days.Why is it pending still? When I contacted customer care, they say that it is under quality check...
I have heard this answer many times from several other online shopping sites. I think all the customer care centres use the same answer for delayed shipments.
Dear customer care agents, please try to tell some other reasons..its quite boring to hear it again and again!
In my opinion, there are very few sites that promptly deliver the orders. One such site in my personal experience is Flipkart.
It is better to go for COD option if possible even though we may need to pay a small premium extra.
Several bad players are there in this e commerce field, they simply take away the customer money and are very irresponsible.
This fellows woo customers through several offers , email follow ups and so on, but once you have made payment, they start their own tricks.
Platforms like Mouthshut.com is very useful to spread awareness about such spoofing sites through the reviews.
