Hotel The nest kullu situated near bus stand in kullu is not worth money invested. We booked two deluxe rooms for our family. Once we reached the hotel The receptionist made us wait to talk to him for about 5 minutes as he was busy in doing something.
Now we had 4 bags and he must ask us to help us lifting those but he was just watching. Now I had to ask him for his help then only he and one of his subordinate came to lift the bag.
When we reached our room and saw that that it was okay and we can stay there. They had provided us with chairs bed and a desert cooler.
Now water jug was empty so we called room service which rarely works. I trued 5 times then only someone answered. We asked for water. They came with that and entered in our room without even knocking. As we had only shut the door only and not locked it.
They didnt even said sorry for that.
Bathroom was okay. Therw was gayser and shower but water smells like chlorine and was very unvomfortable. Jet fixed lavotary is set.
Finaly we left the hotel saying we need to checkout but again we had to ask them to left our bag.
