We booked Hotel Kingsland Hidimba Road, Manal I for 4 nights. We were two family and we booked deluxe family suite.
Hotel is about 5 minutes walk from where your cab drops you. It is in remote place. I will not recommend this hotel if someone has walking problem as the walking distance has much elevation.
Now once we reached hotel, we felt it was worth waiting. Because the hotel was perfect.
We reached late night so they allowed us to go directly in to our room also they had packed the food ( included in booking) , The hotel staff was so supportive they also arranged our trip for rohthang pass. In a nominal rate.
. The room was mesmerizing. Two interconnected rooms with a small gallery with bathroom. One of the room has a big window with snowcovered mountain view. And one has an average balcony with city view. Room's floor was covered with very comfortable cushion.
A TV with settop box was also there.
There were two chairs with a table which were not very comfortable.
Bathroom was so nice and clean. There were 6 face showers and one top showers. English style lavotary with hand jet completes that. Wash basin with mirror was nicely attached.
However rooms has less amount of plug sockets as we had to wait for charging our phone and laptops.
We booked our hotel with included breakfast and dinner ( which I highly recommend) they serve so much options with veg and non veg buffet style. Menu includes. Puri bhaji, chhole bhature aloo parathe as main options with Cornflakes, Sandwhiches, Milk, Tea, Coffee etc. In breakfast. And chicken, Paneer, vegetables roti rice, salad, pickle etc in dinner.
