My experiance of shopping by this site is so-so means average. I buy a tandoor by homeshop 18.com. In this product I have no complaint. But when I buy a rotimaker then my experiance is very bad. First a fall rotimaker I recive that was defected when I contact to customer care then they take fifteen days to replace my rotimaker and the replace peace of rotimaker also defected. So second time my experiance is not good nither about products nor about customer care service. Dileviry also slow. G
