Today I am here too share my views on a shoping site home shop 18.
Last 2 month ago I place a order in home shop 18 site I think it is one of the best side but now my confusion has changed it is one of the wrost side.
I ordered a watch in it and it delivery charge is too much high and when I place a order than they show me delivery was held on 5 days but the delivery does not come in 5 days and the time spend when I do complain on homeshop18 customer care.then they talk in a rubbish language. And the customer service is too much slow and fully wrost site.and the value of money is too much high
Then after complain they delivered my watch in 1 month when I see the product it is fully different that I see on the site. So I do again complain than my fully problem solved in 1months15days.
So from my point of views it is fully wrost site.
