I have been taken service of Home credit. I am quite satisfied with HCI. But I had to did lots of formality for getting benfit of its. For like1) They had takenat least 3 contact numbers from me of my relative for confirming my job status.2) Long process of submitting of forums and details as compare to other.3) Contacting me so much time.So I am not saying their service is bad but they need to some kind of improvement in it to give their customer a full satisfaction.We can also pay monthlyinstallment through their HCI apps.Thank you
