HDFC bank on of the best bank in India, good employee very soft spoken and very helpful, It is best service provider in bank sector and it provide ATM in every corner of the city there it is very difficult to find a place without hdfc atm
but it lack Internet Banking I always find it logging problem and it is very slow should improve a lot a make it user friendly. It has poor customer service they don't provide proper information and some time they don't attend the phone call there not clarity in providing the information. There a improvement chance as being a best bank in India
