I have had the worst experience of having my account with HDFC.


The only reason I hang around with them is because this is the back my organisation banks with. I would prefer having an account with a nationalised bank. Feel it would be much better.


No access for much advertised Internet banking for more than one year inspite of giving 5-6 complaints.


Does nto hold good for its promises, instead of giving me a Debit Card free of cost as per their advertisement for the Salary account, they charged me. Very disorganised.


Unluckily I took my car loan also from them some 8 months back. Till date I do not have the copy of agreement and the loan prepayment details inspite of 3-4 complaints/reminders.


I would prefer if they have some one stop counters who are responsible and can help the clients.


ATM's seldom work. It is the same state in all the cities. I have tried in 2-3 cities.
