For the last 4 months, I am using Hathway Rajesh Cable internet in Chandivali, Mumbai. They are providing cheapest high speed cable internet service in the locality.
Services may not be extraordinary but acceptable. Speed is also reasonable. I have not faced any disruption of service, till date.
They do not have proper customer service cell. Quick resolution of issues in case of difficulties is not expected from these gentlemen.
Nevertheless, its worth a try, if you want inexpensive high speed broadband connection.
