Yesterday I visited to gold's gym for join. they have many type of workout which is suitable and comfortable for everyone. yoga, Gym, Dance( cardio workout), martial art practice room, indoor cycling, zuma workout, personal trainer available, he will take care of your workout and food daete listing. if you are satisfy so no value for money. staff is best and co-operative for everyone. include all trainer. huge parking. best thing is sunday open. locker available. shower bath available. always there is fees offer so try anytime to join. also have couple fees offer anytime. best is yearly pack for everyone
